Description

Dress and nose: The wine is dark red in appearance, almost black. On the nose, it is complex, with black fruits (black cherry and blackcurrant) and liquorice dominating, but violet and cedar wood appearing discreetly.

Palate: Lively at first, then mellow, velvety and ample. The tannins have a sappy side, the whole leaving a creamy impression, but remaining fresh. Already very pleasant in its youth, it gains shoulders over time.

This wine goes well with red meat, game and full-bodied cheese.
