Cavale has been undergoing an organic makeover for two years and will be certified organic for the 2020 vintage.
This wine has a rose petals color and is made of a Cinsault and black Garnacha blend. You can taste subtle notes of sour red currant and grapefruit.
While drinking it, you can embrace all its freshness, its strong aromatic side and its unique nature. Petite Cavale Rosé is especially enjoyables as an "aperitif" but can also go well with Mediterranean food.
