A very unique aromatic grape variety! This wine is the work of a work in the cellar where the Mermoud family seeks to produce as much as possible a dry wine where the aromatic Muscat blend with the tension of the terroir.
Vinification takes place in enamelled steel vats and is not followed by malolactic fermentation to favor freshness and tension. Bottling takes place 7 months after harvest.
